The poster. A woman’s head and shoulders in profile,
facing right, printed as a double exposure: her silhouette
is filled with the downtown Los Angeles skyline seen from
the hills, towers rising through her throat and the city
sprawling out across her shoulder into a smear of sunset
red at the foot. She is teal where the city is dense and
dissolves into the pale green haze of the sky at her crown.
Along the top, in white italic capitals: THE CLEARER THE
MEMORY, THE OLDER THE LIE. The title E.D.E.N. LA stands in
tall narrow letters over the lower right of the city.
